The days are packed with sunshine and to may things to do. Kids are gone this week so maybe I can get a few extra things done. We are in the heat of harvesting. We are picking about 50 pounds of tomatoes every other day. Potatoes have been dug and are ready. Our green beans can't wait to join them. We should have green beans 'till frost. Our Lima beans are growing by leaps and bounds as are our pumpkins. Our third crop of radishes are about half way gone so it is time to plant some more. Our fall crop of lettuce and spinach will be going in the ground soon as well. Our fingerling potatoes are just about ready to dig. And now for the big three: Sweetcorn, it's silks are turning so about 2 weeks; Blackberries are red and big so any day they should be ready; Melons are just around the corner as well maybe a week to 10 days. Check back for updates or email us for availability. littlefarmer@thelazyt.com

I have already read this, first comment though...was hoping for more, but I know you are extrememly busy. I just wanted to let you know I'm so glad you're blogging too. Hope to keep reading more truly delightful posts...see you at the market. (And did your little eggplant that you grew from that tiny seed taste as good as you hoped?! I bet it did.) Regards-
